Gametwig runs a free browser game hub (the “Site”). This notice covers what we and our partners may learn when you browse or play. No accounts. No paid tiers.

1. Data on your phone or PC

Saved bookmarks and Keep Playing history sit in local storage only. We do not pull those lists to our servers and cannot restore them after you wipe browser data.

2. Data we or partners may log

Typical visit logs can include IP address, device and browser type, pages opened, referral link, rough region from IP, and error or speed metrics. Hosting, analytics, ad, and security vendors may process this on our behalf. Embedded games may track you under their own policies once you launch them.

Ratings, play counts, and Trending badges are editorial labels, not live player stats tied to you.

3. Why we use it

Keep the Site online, fix broken pages, measure traffic, serve ads where enabled, block abuse, obey law, and reply to emails you send us.

We do not sell personal information for cash. Some ad or analytics setups may count as “sharing” under California law — you can opt out via browser controls or the DAA / NAI tools. Details on cookies: Cookie Policy.

4. Your U.S. rights

California and several other states grant rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. Email support@gametwig.top with subject Privacy Request. We verify requests as law requires and respond within the statutory window (often 45 days).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents who believe we received a child’s info should write us — we will delete it.
