Using Gametwig means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Stop using the Site if you disagree.

1. What we provide

A free catalog of browser HTML5 games: search, mood lanes, daily spotlight, saved lists, detail pages, and embedded play. We curate and link — we are not the maker of most titles unless a page says otherwise.

2. Who may use it

General audience. Under-18 visitors need a parent or guardian. There is no login; bookmarks and recent play stay on your device via local storage and vanish if you clear browser data.

3. Fair play on our Site

Do not break laws, scrape the catalog at scale, attack our servers, bypass security, spam us, or misrepresent who you are. We may block access we think is abusive.

4. Outside content

Games, ads, and outbound links belong to other companies. Their rules apply inside embeds. Star scores and play counts are editorial cues, not verified user reviews or guarantees.

5. Ownership & takedowns

Our layout and copy belong to Gametwig or licensors; game art belongs to publishers. Personal browsing is fine; bulk copying is not.

Copyright owners may email support@gametwig.top (subject DMCA Notice) with signature, work ID, infringing URL, contact info, and good-faith statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.

6. Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT USD $50 OR WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (USUALLY $0). YOU INDEMNIFY US FOR MISUSE YOU CAUSE, WHERE LAW PERMITS.

7. Law & changes

U.S. law governs. Try support@gametwig.top before formal disputes. We may edit these Terms by posting updates here; keeping the tab open after changes counts as acceptance.
